C'Possible mentorship pairs trained volunteer professionals with youth (from 9th grade through advanced vocational studies) to support their social and professional integration. Mentors transmit workplace codes and broaden perspective on culture and values. Mentorship goals—driven by the youth—include finding internships, organizing schoolwork, exploring career paths, and building self-esteem.
