Mission description

AMSED is looking for volunteers to provide public writer services and help people facing difficulties with administrative tasks, particularly online. Volunteers help participants understand and complete procedures: forms, letters, creating and using online accounts, scheduling appointments, finding information, and directing them to appropriate services. The goal is to improve access to public services, promote independence, and support people with daily tasks. Volunteers work in a caring environment while respecting confidentiality.
