Mission description

Support the reception desk team, answer phones, and welcome consumers and members. QUE CHOISIR ENSEMBLE is France's leading consumer protection association. Our local association is well-established in the department with offices in 15 towns. Volunteers can also evolve within the association and participate in various activities (communications, campaigns, health surveys, disputes, etc.). The association receives calls, emails, letters, etc. To streamline phone calls, we're looking for volunteers with computer skills and some reception desk experience. Training will be provided.
