I redesign a school garden and raise young people's environmental awareness near Lille

Mission description

Saint-Jacques Resource College, located near Lille, welcomes students in grades 6-9 as boarders or day students. Specializing in re-engaging young people at risk of academic dropout, the college creates personalized educational success plans for each student. We seek a volunteer passionate about gardening, sustainability, or environmental issues to run workshops and redesign the college grounds. Specifically, you could: beautify and landscape the school garden, manage a vegetable garden with an educator, organize environmental education workshops, and raise student awareness about sustainability.
