Petits Frères des Pauvres d'OccitanieMission description
Volunteers with Petits Frères des Pauvres provide companionship to isolated elderly people wherever they live. We make weekly visits to homes or group facilities, discuss, play games, have tea, or take walks. We offer comfort, identify needs and difficulties to relay to the team, and provide support to help elderly people overcome social isolation in a spirit of mutual enrichment. Volunteers also participate in collective activities.
