Assist the instructor during an adapted karate session for women who have experienced violence. Tasks include preparing and tidying the room (setting up mats, welcoming participants, distributing kimonos) and active observation during the session. Minimum 3-month commitment, one to two afternoons monthly. No prior karate experience necessary. A preliminary telephone interview is required.
