C'Possible mentoring is a support relationship between a professionally-trained volunteer mentor and a young person (9th grade through BTS) promoting social and professional insertion: transmit workplace codes, open cultural horizons and societal values. Facilitate their work-world integration and societal engagement through personal progression and professional development.
