You may participate in judging (timing, jumps, throws, finishes), help with the technical running of events, apply and enforce competition rules, and contribute to overall event organization. Prerequisites include rigor, reliability, teamwork, interest in how competitions function, and willingness to make suggestions. Our mission is to organize and promote sports activities, particularly athletics, to encourage sports practice for all, foster team spirit, and support young athletes' development in Martinique.
