Mission description

Within ECTI, support small and medium-sized businesses through all stages of their lifecycle (creation, growth, acquisition/takeover) and in all areas of organization (management, sales, HR, finance, production, communication, digital, quality, CSR). ECTI brings together retired professionals eager to remain active by voluntarily sharing their skills and experience to benefit those in the economic and social sectors who need it. Volunteers participate under a strict code of ethics and contribute to the association's operational costs.
