I co-build the commercial strategy for a neighborhood cooperative.

Mission description

We have solid expertise and competent teams, but our commercial approach remains informal: limited structured prospecting, inconsistent response tools, unclear positioning on our activities, and difficulties communicating our dual impact (job insertion + ecology) to private clients. Our activities include wood crate collection and processing, cargo bike delivery logistics, and maintenance and cleaning services. We need an external perspective to structure our commercial approach (tools, processes, arguments) and train our teams.
