Each association is led by a pair of leaders: a volunteer and a paid staff member who manage it with a volunteer team's input. They ensure proper operations and implement board decisions. Working with the local staff leader and volunteers, you coordinate projects, foster association life, represent the organization, and oversee administrative and financial management respecting ADMR Vendée network values.
