Each association is led by a pair of leaders: a volunteer and an employee who manage it with a volunteer team, ensuring proper functioning and implementing board decisions. Coordinating with the local employee and volunteers, you coordinate projects, animate association life, represent the organization, and oversee administrative and financial management according to ADMR Vendée network values.
