Mission description

Missions are shared flexibly based on shop activity, individual skills, and interests. Tasks include: warmly welcoming all people with unconditional hospitality, advising visitors on choices, sorting textiles and shoes, managing surplus item evacuation for recycling, arranging and improving the sales space, and managing a convivial area to encourage social mixing.
