Run the café at the heart of Maison Ellaé, often the first face people meet. Welcome visitors, serve drinks and refreshments, present the organization's values and activities, create a warm and inclusive space, and guide people appropriately. You'll receive training to properly orient people facing sensitive situations like violence, mental health issues, or social needs—not to provide care, but to refer safely.
