Mission description

The objective is to accompany residents during animation, exchange, and sharing times in a warm and caring atmosphere. These activities play a central role in daily life by creating social connections, stimulating abilities, providing well-being, and preventing loss of independence. Your role is to conduct animations for residents: propose age-appropriate activities (cultural, sporting, recreational, culinary, or intergenerational), lead workshops, and ensure resident comfort throughout.
