This mission aims to reduce the digital divide and support people in adopting digital technologies and tools. With nearly 16 million people digitally excluded in France, the French Red Cross strengthens its efforts for digital inclusion. As a digital mentor, you can work in two settings: individual support where you welcome people, listen, and help solve their digital problems, or as a workshop facilitator where you prepare and lead group sessions, identify participant needs, and select appropriate teaching tools.
