Your role? Help your mentee discover the cultural and professional world, develop their potential and give them every chance they deserve. The association Objectif Insertion, member of the Télémaque Movement, uses Télémaque's mentoring methodology to support motivated young people from modest backgrounds over 20 years. Young people are accompanied for 6 years from 5th grade through their final year of secondary school. Through monthly meetings, you provide the keys for them to move forward confidently in life: access to the professional world and more.
