Mission description

Feed abandoned cats, clean litter boxes and catteries following strict hygiene protocols, care for abandoned cats, participate in socializing stray cats, assist with adoption processes (optional), participate in trapping reported stray cats (optional), help with food collection drives (optional), and participate in association fundraising events like raffles, flea markets, and Christmas markets (optional). We're looking for people with some time to dedicate to animal welfare to strengthen our volunteer team. Required qualities: love of animals, especially cats, and appropriate skills and soft skills.

Notre mission : prendre soin des chats errants et abandonnés Nous nous engageons à recueillir, soigner et protéger les chats des rues tout en luttant contre leur prolifération. En collaboration avec les mairies, la capture des chats errants est une priorité, afin de garantir leur prise en charge et de préserver un équilibre au sein des populations félines dans les communes. Nous intervenons également auprès des particuliers qui en font la demande. Chaque chat recueilli est stérilisé, identifié et bénéficie de soins vétérinaires adaptés. Les chats et chatons en quête d’une nouvelle famille sont ensuite proposés à l’adoption. Tous nos animaux adoptables sont stérilisés, identifiés, vaccinés, et un certificat de bonne santé est délivré par le vétérinaire. Pour les chats trop sauvages pour être adoptés, nous avons une alternative : ils sont relâchés dans des lieux de vie sécurisés, où ils peuvent vivre en liberté tout en étant nourris et suivis par des particuliers ou nos bénévoles. Cette démarche offre une seconde chance aux chats les plus sauvages, leur permettant de vivre librement tout en bénéficiant d’un suivi sanitaire. C’est une solution respectueuse et éthique qui se positionne comme une alternative à la fourrière.
