I become a mentor for young people or students entering the job market

Mission description

As a recently retired, committed person, you use your experience to support young people pursuing studies in professional integration (apprentices, trainees or interns, pre- and/or post-secondary). You guide them through their internship search, support them during their internship and can help correct internship reports if desired. This flexible mission requires 4 to 5 hours per student over the mentoring period, which can last 3 months to a full school year. Most mentoring takes place via video from your home, though occasional visits to the student's workplace may be needed.
