Share and transmit your experience supporting professional goals of vocational and technical high school students to prevent school dropout situations. Your long-term commitment will facilitate youth integration into work and society, promote personal progress, professional projection, and network development. A mentor provides: self-esteem and confidence support, orientation guidance, active and kind listening, help deepening subjects, objective situation analysis, and support for concrete action.
