Mission description

Support third-place development by providing HR management assistance to strengthen internal organization and coordinate activities, partners, and volunteers. You'll develop competencies in a convivial setting, contribute to a community hub, and collaborate with other volunteers. Support volunteers' hours, participate in recruitment and onboarding under a dedicated coordinator.

Pour cela, nous mettons à disposition un espace ouvert à tous pour agir, apprendre, échanger, créer et coopérer. Nos 4 axes d’action sont les suivants : - soutenir et favoriser le développement économique, notamment des petits entrepreneurs locaux, - accompagner la transition numérique en milieu rural, - œuvrer pour le bien-être personnel et environnemental, - proposer une programmation socio-culturelle pour dynamiser le centre-bourg, favoriser l’inclusion sociale et l’engagement citoyen, afin de répondre aux besoins de la population en termes de cohésion solidaire et sociale, de transition numérique, de bien-être, d'écocitoyenneté et de transformation des pratiques professionnelles.
