Foster autonomy and development of the person you support by setting evolving goals tailored to their needs. Participate in meaningful exchanges with isolated elderly people who need it. Create connections remotely or in person with an isolated elderly person, someone with a disability, or experiencing poverty. This can take the form of phone conversations, tea or coffee chats, board games, walks, or other shared interests you agree upon together. Visit frequency is determined freely by you and the person.
