The Red Cross has 160 years of first aid experience and nearly 6,500 volunteers responding to over 30,000 interventions annually. All motivations are welcome to become a first aider. Under a team leader's supervision, you staff aid posts at events, provide assistance and comfort to victims, and collaborate with emergency services (firefighters, ambulances, police). Whether it's everyday accidents, emergencies, or natural disasters, you demonstrate adaptability, rigor, compassion, and altruism. The Red Cross trains its future first aiders!
