AgirabcdMission description
For the Agirabcd office in Rueil Malmaison, work in pairs with another volunteer to support a senior (manager or equivalent, ages 45-60) in job searching using proven methods with about 60% success rate. Conduct weekly hour-long interviews where seniors work with tools between sessions. Through these tools, they regain confidence, detail their professional experience and achievements, and identify suitable employment.
