Mission description

Become a volunteer facilitator of parent exchange workshops! You're a good listener who enjoys dialogue and wants to build connections between parents. Join our volunteer team to lead discussion and sharing sessions between parents in a caring, friendly atmosphere. Your role is to propose and lead parent exchange workshops on everyday topics (parenting, school, screens, nutrition, emotions, etc.), encourage open dialogue and active listening, create a judgment-free space of trust, prepare sessions with the coordinator, and facilitate connections between families.
