I mentor a young person in their apprenticeship/job search in accounting/finance/insurance

Mission description

Finding a first job or apprenticeship is challenging without guidance. Le Déclic supports young people through candidacy processes (CV, cover letters, interview preparation, job search techniques). As a mentor, you guide one young person at your own pace through our platform. After identifying how you can help, you develop an action plan and track their progress. A typical mentorship lasts three months at 2-3 hours monthly. Being a mentor promotes equal opportunity and impacts employment and financial autonomy.
