I manage relationships with associations and volunteers

Mission description

Present France Bénévolat Franche-Comté's activities to local associations through visits. Support associations in finding volunteers by facilitating connections between organizations and citizens wanting to get involved. Contact volunteers and guide them in their searches. Requirements: strong interpersonal skills and listening ability, organizational and communication skills, knowledge of the local nonprofit sector (or motivation to discover it), digital literacy (bonus). Main activities: assess local association needs, identify volunteer missions, update volunteer offer database, promote missions to the public, and provide ongoing support.
