I help organize international mobility programs for young people (15-18 years old)

Mission description

American Field Service (AFS) is a non-profit organization active in about 60 countries promoting intercultural and language exchanges. Volunteers help organize stays for foreign young people wishing to participate in a mobility experience in France, and prepare French youth for studying abroad. These stays last 2 to 10 months and are integrated into a school curriculum. Young people are hosted by volunteer host families. Volunteer activities include: recruiting host families, organizing home visits with potential host families, and other coordination tasks.
