Mentoring is a voluntary interpersonal relationship (at least 6 months) between a young person and mentor, supported by professional structure, focused on orientation or job insertion. You'll guide vocational track students, building their confidence, autonomy, and personal growth. Training provided: 2 x 2-hour sessions on mentor positioning, 1 hour on Projects-Careers and self-portrait, 1 hour on orientation, plus 10 self-guided training modules.
