I help manage accounts (treasurer duties) for a France Parkinson committee

Mission description

The mission's objective is to manage the departmental France Parkinson committee's accounts. We welcome you warmly in a friendly atmosphere! As a volunteer managing accounts, after a training period you'll: receive invoices after validation by the departmental delegate, process invoice payments by transfer, complete the accounts management software and manage transactions, inform the departmental delegate of account movements if necessary, stay in contact with the association's head office accounting department, and methodically file invoices for twice-yearly submission to headquarters.
