La Cravate Solidaire Rouen supports people in professional reinsertion preparing for job interviews through Coup de Pouce workshops. The four-step process includes: welcoming participants, image coaching to find the ideal interview outfit from our solidarity wardrobe, HR coaching with interview simulation and non-verbal communication, and professional photo for CV. We seek volunteer image coaches to help candidates regain confidence. If you understand business codes and want to support our candidates, join us.
