Provide quality supervision and guidance for children aged 8-10 within an educator team using play-based, project-based, and nature-based pedagogy. Create a living space where young people can dream, act, succeed in their projects, live in community, and find meaning. No prior experience or scout background required. Training is available throughout the year, partially funded, including BAFA and BAFD programs. You must be at least 17 years old.
