Mission description

Share and pass on your experience while supporting the professional goals of young people in vocational and technical high schools to prevent school dropout. Your sustained engagement will help facilitate their integration into the work world and society by promoting personal progress, professional planning, and network development. A mentor offers support for building self-esteem and confidence, guidance in career orientation, active and caring listening, help developing ideas, objective analysis of situations young people face, and assistance in career development.
