As a member of the leadership team within the unit, I provide quality guidance and supervision for young people in my care. My mission is to contribute to implementing an educational project, organize educational activities (games, campfires, outdoor activities, crafts, sports, spiritual activities), manage daily life, communicate with families, and monitor each child's progress. You'll develop skills in leading youth groups, prioritizing tasks, and organizing activities.
