About the mission: The Arts & Métiers Foundation and the associations Arts et Métiers Alumni, IESF, Femmes Ingénieures and Projets Métiers are mobilizing for the "One Young Person, One Mentor" project to prevent school dropout from 8th grade. Mentoring aims to guide young people in their educational choices from 8th to 9th grade in a structured way, help them recognize their abilities, build confidence and become autonomous to strengthen school motivation. The mission begins in April 2024. What will you gain from this experience? Develop your listening, teaching and leadership skills, practice soft skills such as emotional intelligence, flexibility and open-mindedness.
