I become a mentor to a final-year high school student

Mission description

Mentor a female high school senior or first-year university student in building their future plans. Share your profession and career path in collective workshops at partner schools. Open your workplace doors to your mentee to explore the working world, learn professional norms, and get information on future sectors and careers. Encourage and support your mentee in building their future, help with CV and cover letter writing and apprenticeship contract searches. Individual mentoring is about 2 hours monthly with collective workshops also included, starting September through the end of the school year.
