Mission description

For 42 years, EGEE (Entente des Générations pour l'Emploi et l'Entreprise) has called on retired volunteers who wish to share their professional skills and experience with younger generations. We support business, education, and employment, and want to expand our existing team. Share your knowledge and demonstrate necessary empathy. New advisors are mentored by experienced colleagues upon joining the Charente team and conduct paired missions after an observation period. In-house training familiarizes you with mission methodology and a documentation database supports your work.
