Mission description

The HR team is the human heart of the association, ensuring integration, well-being, and coordination of all volunteers and members. We create a warm atmosphere, facilitate communication between teams, and maintain rigorous attendance tracking. Key responsibilities include welcoming new volunteers, managing registrations, tracking event attendance, issuing certificates and reference letters, organizing internship follow-up, and maintaining ongoing volunteer engagement. The HR team is a pillar for a united and motivated team.
