Fight against animal abuse by improving living conditions and saving animals in danger. Detect, document and report mistreatment in coordination with the Animal Abuse Prevention and Prevention Unit. The delegate-investigator (DE) knows and respects their duties and rights. Analyze reports and follow up with complainants, assess environments, and work with France's network of 1000 delegate-investigators.
