Mission description

With the support of training animators, your responsibilities will include: • Coordinating the departmental training team • Participating in recruitment of departmental training animators, ensuring their integration and training with help from the training representative • Assessing initial training needs, proposing an annual training plan, and implementing it • Leading and/or co-leading training sessions based on needs. Travel across the 7 distribution centers in the department is required for training sessions. Upon taking on your role, Restos du Cœur provides specific training during which you can discuss with counterparts from other departments.
