Become a volunteer driver for the Interior Mobility Assistance program, which helps maintain social connections and independence for people with reduced mobility, primarily elderly. Using your personal vehicle, transport people from their home to service locations or appointments and return them home. The association provides insurance coverage. Volunteers receive mileage reimbursement or tax receipts annually, with an estimated commitment of about 2 mornings per month.
