ARC - EQUIPES D'AMITIES (ARC-EA)Mission description
This mission aims to reduce the digital divide and support people in appropriating digital technologies (devices, applications, tools). Club Tournesol was created in 1991 by ARC-EA association; for 20 years, this neighborhood-focused structure was a place of welcome for children and families. In 2011, the association evolved the project, reducing activity to School Support (CLAS) and conducting territorial diagnosis, leading in June 2012 to creation of a Proximity Structure (now a Social Living Space) recognized by the Family Benefits Fund.
