I give individual literacy classes

Mission description

We seek volunteers to work individually with people lacking literacy skills. Choose a person to work with; we provide training and specialized materials. Meet the same person weekly on the same day and time at LA CLE's premises. LA CLE offers free individual classes for adults with reading/writing difficulties, foreigners learning French, and school-age students with academic challenges. Classes are led by trained and supported volunteer instructors. LA CLE is open Monday-Friday 9 AM-9 PM and Saturday 9 AM-1 PM.
