I organize and lead scout activities for children [LEADER/ASSISTANT LEADER]

Mission description

I supervise young people ages 8 to 17, divided by age group. Mutual aid, joy, and sharing are the main elements of my mission. Through the Scouts and Guides of France organization, I have access to training and tools to help with my mission, and I may even have the opportunity to pursue a BAFA certification. Leading scout activities as a leader is a unique and highly formative experience that becomes a foundational experience in your young adulthood and is highly valued in the job market (project management, responsibility, team management).
