Promote autonomy and development through evolving, tailored objectives. Participate in meaningful exchanges with isolated seniors who need it. You create connections remotely or in-person with elderly, disabled, or vulnerable people experiencing loneliness. This can include phone conversations, chats over tea or coffee, games, walks, or shared activities you determine together. Visit frequency is set freely by you and the person.
