Lead young people 1-2 times monthly and during summer camp. You'll receive support and financial help for training (equivalent to BAFA). Being a leader develops many skills in a dynamic team while sharing enriching moments in a supportive environment. Growing youth helps you grow too. Contact us to meet the group and try it before committing. Youth are grouped by age (8-11, 11-14, 14-17). Scouts focus on learning through action, nature, and teamwork. No animation or scouting experience needed—we're open to all.
