Working under the Volunteer Resources Coordinator, your duties include: Conducting ongoing assessments of volunteer needs; Recruiting candidates; Welcoming and supporting new volunteers, trainees, and civic service members; Managing applications through internal software; Following up on new volunteer integration and career paths; Coordinating the volunteer resource network across department structures.
