Working under the Volunteer Resources Coordinator, your duties include: Conducting ongoing assessments of volunteer needs; Recruiting candidates; Welcoming and supporting new volunteers, trainees, and civic service members; Managing applications through internal software; Following up on new volunteer integration and career paths; Coordinating the volunteer resource network across department structures. We will provide training and guidance throughout your mission. Required competencies include commitment to solidarity, neutrality, and well-being values.
