Mission description

The Branch Coordinator at the French Red Cross is a true pillar in the community: they lead and coordinate a team of volunteers, ensure welcoming and caring support for assisted people, and oversee proper implementation of local actions aligned with the association's humanitarian values. It's a role that is human, strategic, and unifying, enabling concrete projects serving the territory while mobilizing and valuing volunteer commitment. You exercise this function within the delegation of authority granted by the territorial President. You report your actions to the territorial delegation board and are responsible for proper branch management and its alignment with organizational standards.
