The user representative voluntarily defends the rights and interests of all healthcare users. They express individual and collective needs to help improve the healthcare system. Are you a healthcare user wanting to improve hospital or clinic welcome and patient care? Want your experience to benefit others? Become a user representative and: ensure patient rights are respected, facilitate their procedures, and improve their care within the health facility. Each health facility has four user representatives appointed by the Regional Health Authority.
