I help evacuate animals during natural disasters in Aude (fires, floods, storms)
Patrouille Prévention Risques Animaliers et Naturels (PPRAN)Mission description
You will transport animals to appropriate facilities following health protocols during fires or flooding/storms using suitable vehicles. You'll direct animals into evacuation trucks, drive or assist with transportation, unload animals, disinfect and restock vehicles, communicate by radio or phone with the command center, and complete mission reports and livestock transport documentation. Become an actor in France's first animal rescue service and preserve the lives of the voiceless. Knowledge of animals is a plus; agricultural and livestock backgrounds are welcome.
